ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Marketing Manager, you kickstart your day by diving into the latest marketing trends and brainstorming creative campaigns that will dazzle our audience. Suddenly, inspiration strikes, and you sketch out a brilliant social media strategy to captivate our followers! Next up, you dive into a virtual meeting with our SEO manager and marketing research consultant. Together, you strategize ways to optimize our online presence and drive traffic to our website.
As the day unfolds, you collaborate with our operations team to plan upcoming promotions and ensure smooth execution. Whether it's designing eye-catching flyers or analyzing data to measure campaign success, you thrive in the fast-paced world of salon marketing. Before you know it, the day is done, and you log off feeling fulfilled, knowing that your creativity and expertise are shaping the future of Yellowhammer Salon.
The minimum requirements to be considered:
- Proficiency in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your talent
- Experience in website and social media management
- Ability to execute monthly promotions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to create appealing value propositions with effective content for targeting personas
- Ability to capture customer and employee personas
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to collaborate with SEO and marketing vendors
SCHEDULE & LOCATION:
This full-time remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA with your high-speed internet connection. Your typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional travel (5% annually) for team meetings and events.
